Kampung
Bukit Lintang is one of the three village that is located at Kota Tinggi
district and lead by Encik Mohd Nor Lawang. There was about 250 houses in this
village and all of the villagers are 100% Malay.
HISTORY
Kampung
Bukit Lintang name was given due to its geographical location across by Gunung
Panti. This village was open in 1890 by Raja Melewar descendent, Tengku Lajim
Tengku Syed, Negeri Sembilan royal heritage. This fact was just known recently
in 2007.
ECONOMY
Majorities
of people at Kampung Bukit Lintang involve in palm plantation. Otherwise for
others, they involve in business and agriculture.
TRADITION
People
of Kampung Bukit Lintang usually will catch wild buffalo at night and cook it
together for special ceremonies such as wedding day. About 125 wild buffalo had
been caught and identified by villagers.

‘Special Class’ for specific student. This class was handle by two teachers and
one assistant to discover student talent such as handicraft activities and sport.
The teachers use tools such as music CD and bring students to museum.
